Continue to deepen the business of new energy vehicles
In the prominent part of the Ruisong Technology Exhibition Hall, there is a sample of the bottom plate of the battery tray of a new energy vehicle. Almost every visitor can't help but touch it and marvel. The entire bottom plate is integrated, and each connection is flat and smooth without welding traces.
According to reports, this bottom plate is welded by a robot system independently developed by Guangzhou Ruisong Wellstone Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., a Sino German joint venture of Ruisong Technology. This equipment can solve the problems of cracks and pores in the welding process, without flash and spark splashes, and reduces the original polishing and cleaning procedures.
On December 20, 2021, the "Intelligent Friction Stir Welding Technology and Key Equipment for Light Alloy" project of Ruisong Technology passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal, reaching the international advanced level. Among them, the robot friction stir welding system has obtained the EU CE certification. This technology effectively solves the problems existing in the packaging box structure of new energy vehicles, and provides a complete solution for the production and manufacturing of new energy vehicles.
"New energy vehicles are lighter than ordinary fuel vehicles, and most of them are made of all aluminum or aluminum alloy materials, with higher technological requirements. Currently, we have mastered relevant welding core technologies and established our competitive advantage by building technical barriers." Sun Zhiqiang told reporters that the current company's new energy vehicle business is growing rapidly, with automation accounting for more than 30% of the company's overall automotive business, which has become a new revenue growth point.
The company has conducted in-depth cooperation with multiple new energy vehicle customers such as Toyota, Honda, GAC Aian, Xiaopeng, Zero Run, BYD, Geely, and Hechuang.
"The company has the ability to contract intelligent and flexible manufacturing lines for new energy vehicles." Sun Zhiqiang revealed that in the second quarter, Ruisong Technology undertook a zero run new energy vehicle welding production line of 215 million yuan, as well as a welding workshop production line for the Guangqi Ai'an New Energy Vehicle Capacity Expansion Project of 107 million yuan.
"There is a large space for the new energy vehicle industry, and Ruisong will continue to deeply explore the intelligent manufacturing market of new energy vehicles," said Sun Zhiqiang.

Sun Zhiqiang said that in the past, many processes such as positioning, gluing, testing, and so on require highly experienced technical workers to complete. Today, robots are fully capable of this type of task. Through machine vision products, using AI+3D and ultra fast algorithms, they can perform real-time appearance detection, accuracy detection, feedback information, and other processes.
Ruisong Technology has been developing and tackling the field of machine vision since 2016. In 2021, it launched two completely independently developed visual products. Up to now, the company has sold thousands of machine vision products, which are expected to bring considerable revenue to the company this year.
Ruisong Technology has also focused its attention on industrial software.
